Dispatch Time:
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Time:
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for major cities. Remote or non-serviceable areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready at the time of delivery.
Prepaid (Card / Bank Transfer): Prepaid orders are prioritized and usually delivered within 2–4 business days.
Verification may take up to 24 hours.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free nationwide delivery on all orders across Pakistan.
There are no hidden shipping or COD charges — the price shown at checkout is the final amount.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a Tracking Number will be shared via SMS or email. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. Failed Deliveries & Returns

Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, additional re-shipping charges may apply. Delivery delays caused by weather conditions or courier operations will be handled as promptly as possible.
