Welcome to Raha Rose. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree to provide accurate and current information for all orders and account details.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. You agree to pay the exact amount upon delivery.
Prepaid: We accept Bank Transfers and Cards. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Products & Accuracy

Scent Perception: Perfume notes can vary by individual skin chemistry. We cannot guarantee that a scent will match your personal expectation perfectly.
Colors: We strive to display product colors and packaging accurately, but monitor displays may vary.
We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities of any product.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners (PostEx/TCS/Leopards).

Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours.
Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Responsibility: We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier operations.

5. Returns & Hygiene Policy

Due to the nature of perfumes as personal hygiene products, our policy is strict:

No Returns on Opened/Used Items: We cannot accept returns if the bottle has been opened or sprayed.
Damaged/Wrong Items: If your order arrives leaking, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days with proofs/photos. We will provide a free replacement.

6. Order Cancellation

By Customer: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp.
By Us: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud/fake orders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (images, text, logos) is the property of Raha Rose. You may not use our content for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faisalabad, Punjab.
